SIZING

Please be sure to check our sizing charts and all applicable sizing information when viewing our products. Our T-Shirts are Unisex which means they have a retail fit and run true-to-size. If you like your tees to have a loose fit, I would encourage you to size up (If you are a medium, purchase a large). WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS/RETURNS ON SIZING ERRORS! So please, read all all sizing information for the look and feel that you prefer!

PRINTING

Our apparel products are print-on-demand using direct to garment technology. It results in a high-quality, long lasting print. If you feel the print of your product is defective, we will ensure a replacement is sent to you ASAP. We have tested our suppliers and have been very pleased with the quality, however, we know mistakes sometimes happen. For these inquiries, please email me personally at john@canadianhockeyco.com and I will ensure the matter is handled in a timely manner. Attach a picture of the print and we will begin the process of getting you a replacement.

SHIPPING

** COVID-19 NOTE**

Due to the craziness going on right now, our process may be delayed and your order may take longer to fulfill and ship. We are working with our vendors to ensure the fastest possible times, but due to the extraordinary circumstance we are in, you may have to wait a little bit longer than usual. Don't worry though, our products are worth the wait!

 

** Due to COVID, our Flat Bill Hats, Tie-Dye Hoodies and Joggers will be sourced from the US. This is only temporary until our supplier can get the inventory we need. The product and quality are the same, it just may take slightly longer to receive your order. Trust me, it'll be worth it thought! We hope that we can get everything back in Canada ASAP!

As mentioned earlier, we use multiple suppliers; this is because we want to offer you stylish apparel at a price point that works for everyone. With that being said, your order may involve multiple vendors. Most orders are fulfilled, and shipped, in a timely fashion (7-14 days). If the timeframe exceeds 14 days, please email me personally, john@canadianhockeyco.com, and I will ensure the order is on the way. We want our customers happy, so we pride ourselves on handling these inquiries in a timely manner!

Our shipping starts domestically at $7.99 and orders over $150.00 receive free shipping! 

As it pertains to the US, shipping starts at $9.99 and orders over $200.00 receive free shipping! 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we only ship to CANADA and the United States. In the future we plan to ship internationally, so please follow our social media outlets for up-to-date information!

RETURNS

At this time, we only accept returns for defective products; that is why it is imperative you read all sizing/color/material information posted on each product page. If you feel a return is necessary for another reason, please contact john@canadianhockeyco.com for more information.

PRODUCT IDEAS

If you like a design, but we don’t offer a particular product, please email us and we will do our best to get that completed for you! We can’t guarantee it will work, but we can guarantee you that we will try!

COUPON CODES

We will have coupon codes available at specific times; if your code is not working, please check the product, expiration and availability of the code to ensure it is valid. If a valid code is not working, please email me personally at john@canadianhockeyco.com and I will rectify the situation!
