Our apparel products are print-on-demand using direct to garment technology. It results in a high-quality, long lasting print. If you feel the print of your product is defective, we will ensure a replacement is sent to you ASAP. We have tested our suppliers and have been very pleased with the quality, however, we know mistakes sometimes happen. For these inquiries, please email me personally at email@example.com and I will ensure the matter is handled in a timely manner. Attach a picture of the print and we will begin the process of getting you a replacement.

Due to the craziness going on right now, our process may be delayed and your order may take longer to fulfill and ship. We are working with our vendors to ensure the fastest possible times, but due to the extraordinary circumstance we are in, you may have to wait a little bit longer than usual. Don't worry though, our products are worth the wait!
** Due to COVID, our Flat Bill Hats, Tie-Dye Hoodies and Joggers will be sourced from the US. This is only temporary until our supplier can get the inventory we need. The product and quality are the same, it just may take slightly longer to receive your order. Trust me, it'll be worth it thought! We hope that we can get everything back in Canada ASAP!
As mentioned earlier, we use multiple suppliers; this is because we want to offer you stylish apparel at a price point that works for everyone. With that being said, your order may involve multiple vendors. Most orders are fulfilled, and shipped, in a timely fashion (7-14 days).
